Ha, ha, yeah, its funny how things change as we age huh? I used to love to just take a stroll at the beach or the pier, now I'm having to make myself do the walking and call it exercise, lol, and I'm sure I'll be complaining about the pains tomorrow morning.
Glad to hear about your backsides getting smaller. I do seem to lose weight evenly except for my face, it always gets skinny first.
Before I add any exercise I'm going to get used to the treadmill first, that always seems the easiest way for me to do it. Once I get my strength back on the treadmill and build up some endurance I'll start to use all the other equipment I've got thats collecting dust, LOL.
I'll post tomorrow and I'll actually look next time to see how far I've walked, ha, ha.
