Hey Wendy,

Glad you lost that couple of pounds, it's too bad it doesn't come off as easily as it comes on isn't it?

I started on the treadmill today and stayed for 30 minutes, didn't check how far I walked, didn't want to be bummed out, ha. I couldn't walk nearly as fast as I used to but I'll work up to it. I'm having to make myself get on it. I haven't weighed since I broke my fast so I don't know how much I've gained, I'm hoping the walking will help.

I do think that once we lose all the weight the exercise will allow us to cheat every once in a while if we want.
