I don't know if I'll lose mine before you do - it seems like the last 10-20 lbs for me are the hardest. I lost the first 40 on the "Thin & Healthy" diet and did it in only a few months.
It's funny that you say your fiance noticed it in your chin. The first place people noticed mine was my face. Now that my face is thin I have to work on my mid-section. lol
I did lose the 10lbs in a month but I also made a big change in my eating habits. I think I finally understand that the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to burn more calories than I take in. It seems like such an easy concept but very hard to do.
I'm sure your knees and ankles will get better as you get use to your program. I've read some of your other posts and I'm not sure I could handle everything you're doing. Keep up the good work!
One thing I would like to do is join a YMCA or a fitness club with a pool. Swimming is supposed to be such a good workout and easy on the joints.
I agree mouseclick makes it sound so easy. He really has been very helpful even though I'm not ready to fast. I think it's because he has a plan and he's making it work. He's been an inspiration for sure.
Good luck to you Wendy. I'm sure you'll lose the rest of your weight! Keep us posted on your progress.
