I'm very sorry you're going through such a difficult time. I can relate to the issues with the carbs & sweet stuff, but this is far from your biggest trouble. I would strongly recommend getting some help for the issue of agoraphobia. I am far from convinced that your problems would go away if you weighed less. If you did, you might feel good temporarily but perhaps then the weight wouldn't be good enough or perhaps there would be another reason that your self esteem would take a hit and this problem would repeat like a cycle. There's nothing wrong with trying to improve your eating habits but please consider other help as well.
