you would love to do a 7 day fast but always break it on 3 days, this was 83 days ago, but going back 10 months...


you want to do 45 days and have done 50 days previously?

I am just puzzled, why do you fast and what do you eat? Are you overweight? Underweight? How old are you, how long have you been fasting, and why are the periods getting shorter, and most of all why do you feel so crappy, and what is the urgency?
