I used to be able to Water Fast so easily and Now I haven't fasted for like a good 4 months :( I feel so crappy about myself
I just don't have any motivation anymore Like I can't just seem to believe in myself
When I used to fast It was such an amazing feeling.. 1 day would make a huge different and fasting made me feel GREAT about everything, It completely changed me.
Even If I fast for one day I will get used to it again so tomorrow is the big day - I'm going to try and do a practice day fast. any tips on how I can get it over and done with easily? what do you guys normally do?
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE
