Agree / Disagree buttons "blogs" in support forum posts

I notice the disagree button record a negative vote in a debate forum, but in Water Fast Support, only the agree buttons count.

Is this a fault or is it intentional not to record negative votes in a support forum?

In Fasting Debate we are debating whether or not long personal posts should be allowed in Water Fasting, some people like them and some don't. I thought a negative vote may be one way for a person who does not like such posts to express their views without actually filling the forum up with "you should really be posting this stuff to a blog" type messages. Any comments on that also would be appreciated, as well as on the agree / disagree buttons. Thanks Tweet
