I'm back! LOL...seriously, the longest for me was 12 days. I can tell you I lost about 16lbs, and my body LOVES retaining water. If you are at 188, you will probably start the first 1-4 or even 5 days exceeding 1.5lbs, maybe even 2 or more if you are active with the fast. But eventually you will only lose 1 lb per day, it ALWAYS gets to the 1 lb mark.
I would say 20-25lbs if you start TODAY or have started already. Hey I'll join you
starting tomorrow. I would love to go 20 days next time.
