and if raw, do you grind it? Or just mix it with something to make it easy to swallow? (I do seem to remember you saying you make some kind of "smoothie" or perhaps a breakfast drink or something, unless I'm thinking of someone else).
I had a book that explained why raw was better (enzymes and all) but to soak it in water (even overnight in the fridge) to help make it easier to eat.
I still found that 1/4 cup every morning took me a half hour to get through. Do I sound lazy, I mean, I do chew my food until it's like baby food, but geez.... lol (Of course, no machine I own has the capability of grinding down the rice further - whole-bran rice is certainly the cheapest way to get IP6, I myself have stated as such).
