dont skimp on your fats. buy high quality and certified organic, virgin, etc. the three perfect fats to eat are coconut oil, hemp oil and a mix of olive oil and organic soy lecithin every night.
watch the fats you get everywhere else and avoid them like the plague. bad fats are the number one reason not to eat out - not fluoride, not gmo, not chemical fertilizers, pesticides and cleaners. all those things are bad enough, but bad oils go directly to your overall toxin body burden. and, they disrupt so many vital processes. mercury and bad fats is how most people get most of those neurological diseases.
