Hi, I saw your message, and your problem has the same characteristics as mine. I have just 22 years old, and I'm pretty sure I'm having enough time to sleep. I usually spleep 8 or more hours, but I'm still felling drowsy, and I kind o fatique during the day, especially when I'm in class. Researches say that it could effect learning and memory as well.
I started to read something that could help me out, and I still trying to get as much information as I could to fell better during the day. Just people who suffer of the problem know how bad is it.
So, I'm asking if you got any good feedback, or if you have done something that could be helpful, and if you could please give some feedback.
