Lots of confusion out there.

Arginine and ornithine neutralize ammonia. Ammonia is a natural byproduct of parasites metabolism. Arginine tends to speed you up, Ornithine tends to slow you down. Arginine "A" for AM, wake up time.

If it's HCL its synthetic. Also "B" complex is synthetic. And anything synthetic IS a drug. So the guy mixing arginine HCL with B complex is loading up on drugs. May give you a temprary boost but it wiil have a negative effect eventually.

They are having some great results with heart disease reversal using Arginine. But I still don't trust that way to go. And the body builders have been using the arginine and ornithine combination (50-50 combo) forever. It helps the pituitary release HGH.

Isolated amino acids do have some therapeutic value. In our case the neutralizing of ammonia. But otherwise just get a good full spectrum protein supplement. Standard Processes Protofood is the best. And don't worry about manipulating body chemistry with isolated specifics of anything, including proteins. It can get pretty hairy and lead to some serious problems down the road.

If everything else is running normally and you want to do some specific sports activities that require specific ammino acid combinations consult a professional trainer that has plenty of experience with Supernutrition on athletes. But even then the synthetics are going to be a problem.

"Natural" Isolated proteins come from egg albumin or whey. Albumin being the better of the two. Pricy though. If it has HCL behind it it IS synthetic and any complex with high milligrams dosages IS synthetic also. Synthetics ARE drugs created in the lab from usually coal tar and petrolium distillates, even sewage. Read Schulzes story about how he discovered that.

If you don't need the speeding up or slowing down use the 50-50 combo arginine ornithine. If going through the antiparasite protocols use ornithine to help you sleep and arginine to wake you up if you have to.

Again, the isolated proteins should be from Egg albumin or whey. Stay away from any synthetics. The synthetics being any amino acid with HCL behind it and any vitamin with high miligram dosage.
