i am curious to see just how many of us on this forum have not received their products.
i think that those who are being criticised for expressing their frustration could do with some support. it is unfair to assume that we have not all been very patient and also tried to remedy the situation via emails to humaworm. i have seen many reasonable posts that preceded the more angry ones.
although i do agree that anger causes more unhappiness and solves little, i do think it reasonable to question the reliability of the company and to warn prospective customers. i also think it might be a good strategy to get on here and make a lot of noise in the hope of attracting humaworms attention and gaining a resolution.
so lets put our hands up. how many of us are there? how many of us stand together?
