Cascara Question

Someone had good experience with Old Amish Dewormer so I looked at the site selling it. They have Colon Cleanses also and I thought about getting all my products from them. However, one of them contains cascara sagrada and just the other day I was reading about other products (I think it was the Awareness products) that said their products are the best (of course) and safest, etc. and one of the reasons is that they don't contain cascara, which can be harmful. Has this been discussed here or does anyone have opinions on cascara? Thanks! Tweet
