Repost re Clark Cleanse--Can Someone Help?

I just received Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse. The schedule says take the Black-Walnut hull for 7 days, then once a week, the Wormwood for 16 days, then once a week and the cloves for 11 days, then once a week. Is this really enough for a thorough cleanse? I thought you needed at least 30 days and I'm reading that some people are doing parasite cleanses for 2-3 months! When I get to the once a week stage, should I start on another product for a month or so? If I'm going to spend the money on this I want to do it correctly and get ALL the critters out and be totally parasite free! Also, is it necessary to take the arginine and ornithine if you don't have problems with sleep?
