Confused about Clark's products

I just purchase Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse. I got Black-Walnut hull tincture, Wormwood capsules, cloves capsules, arginine and ornithine. The schedule has you taking the tincture for 7 days, then once a week, the Wormwood for 16 days, then once a week and the cloves for 11 days, then once a week. I thought a parasite cleanse had to be at least 30 days. Is this short time really enough? Also, if you have no problems with sleeping or energy can you omit the ornithine and arginine? Thanks Tweet
