You are in the "Twilight Zone". Why do you go to doctor at all?

Do your cleanses, cure yourself and leave your "Twilight Zone" behind, get healthy and forget docs.

Take a photo of that fluke, and then make it awailable on the web, and give us link. We would like to see it!
Not every day people get flukes out!

Be also aware that there are not more then 10 laboratories in the whole USA able to diagnose worms! You can't trust to the lab results!
The only way to see something on ultrasound, is while Something is inside water, and it is solid.
If there is no large quantity of liquid around flukes, no ultrasound can detect it!
