I tried to place an order by email from your site about three days ago but never got a confirmation for the order. Im not sure if it went through or not!

1. SOMETIMES PEOPLE WITH "FREE" E-MAIL ACCOUNTS HAVE SMALL MAIL BOXES THAT DO NOT ALLOW US TO E-MAIL BACK.....IT BOUNCES BACK TO US SAYING "UNDELIVERABLE".
2. THEIR FREE E-MAIL ACCOUNTS ARE LOADED WITH "SPAM" AND ARE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED, SO WE NEVER SEE THEM.
3. THEY SEND TO THE WRONG E-MAIL

SO IF YOU DON'T GET A E-MAIL FROM JODY STATING : THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER, THEN ODDS ARE, SHE DIDN'T GET IT OR WAS NOT ABLE TO E-MAIL BACK.


I used the email address that was in the instructions for (How To Order). Is it ok just to use your regular email address to place an order?
E-MAIL IS NOT 100% SECURE, SO IF YOU SUPPLY CREDIT CARD INFO, IT SHOULD BE BY PHONE OR AT LEAST IN 2 E-MAILS; BUT SOME HAVE NO FEARS AND SIMPLY SUPPLY ALL IN AN E-MAIL.


I also left a message yesterday but no one has returned my call. Not sure what to do! Thanks!
THAT ALWAYS SOLVES ANY PROBLEMS, JODY WILL CHECK THE PHONE MESSAGES TODAY.
