RO water has slightely more minerals than distilled water. Nevertheless it is also LACKING the essential minerals. And hence drinking RO water is not the best way to go.
Several studies have already proved that ppl who drink hard water( water rich in Ca and Mg ) have in general better health and are less prone to heart attacks.!!
Just google "hard water" and heart health.
Soft water is actually slowly robbing our body of essential minerals. And RO water is also soft water indeed.
