GREAT JOB, you can do this, and this is a great forum to get you through some of those REALLY tough days. I like your goals, and afer reading this board for some months it was really encouraging to see who achieved their goals after a time. Yeah fasting after a fews days, as Raine13 bought out, is really more mental, because your hunger actually does go away. It's seeing or smelling food, and how it brings to mind the tastes that get you. Pace yourself. If you've never fasted, do it, see how long you can go, obviously the longer the better (I am on Day 12, the longest.) But before I EVER got here, I did many 4-5 day fast and one 7 day juice fast. My weight also stayed at about 170. I will tell you the kudigraw for me came, when I ballooned in about 2 1/2 months to over 195. I was devastated. My actual weight many years ago was 137, but because of kids, I gained, and stayed between 160 and 170's. That did it. Now I am on track to get back down. 140 would be heaven, hell...150 at this point..lol.. So I am here to keep you encouraged girl.
