We have to be careful with our cravings:

If we are healthy (or pregnant) we crave what our bodies need. On the other hand, if we are not healthy, or in the middle of a personal battle to regain complete health (like during fasting) we might crave the same very bad foods that have destroyed our health. This happens because food addiction is as real as any other addiction. At the beginning of our journey for health, we will encounter these unhealthy desires.
