WOW....Ok, I am really receiving an education today. I do feel like I have a VERY heavy load of mucus plaque that I need to get out. It's gross.
Now I have another question. Let's say you are craving a cheeseburger, etc. And you know, ok, today I am eating "bad." Would it be entirely detrimental to eat one every now and again. (I say this because I LOOOOOOVE cheeseburgers, and realize, that even if I limit it, I probably will give in every once and again.) Would an end monthly fast help me regular my body to accommodate for a day or two of bad eating.
For instance, some people eat healthy 6 days, and give themselves one day to go off and do whatever. So 3-4 days a month I am eating whatever I want. The rest is highly regulated. If I also incorporated fasting in this, would that help do you think. I just don't want to binge per say, but be moderate, and balanced and not completely limit myself.
