Thank you Everyone for your replys and support:) lol I did attempt today to start day 1 of my fast but I broke around 11am this morning… I agree with everyone who said I should educate myself about fasting before I try, but I guess I’m a real go getter… once I find something I want to try I just go for it. I did read many posts last night and have started the book already online by Dr.Shelton, which is incredible by the way….this website is very informative as well just reading different posts…
The reason why I want to
Water Fast is only to promote healing and well being in my body… I have had problems with digestion, PCOS, insomia, and a few other health problems for years… I am very much hoping fasting will be therapeutic and rejuvenate my entire well being
I would like my first
Water Fast to last 10-14 days. Currently I am not working so this feels like the right time to start and then I can really baby myself and learn more about it while I’m doing it…..so tomorrow is another day and I will try again but I promise to continue educating myself daily:)
As to sleeping if its true about not having to sleep as much b/c the body needs less sleep while fasting because it isn't working as hard as when its eating, then I can handle it;) lol I guess I’ll just have to find out what my body needs with my own experience:) Thank you for everyone’s input again:)
