Indeed, which would mean if someone states something adverse during their personal fast ie. experience, it shouldn't be disagreed nor disregarded upon because you or Dr. Shelton do not believe it, which has been done numerous times.
And as far as the Fasting Stages, perhaps it should be said that this is a guide only, not to mention some of the statements are extremely direct whereas normally when one makes a suggestion in the English language one would use the words 'may' or 'perhaps', not stating. 'Newbies' would be getting the wrong idea if reading them whilst fasting or researching for one, if we are talking about this forum being the benefit to those coming in and reading, of course.
And I hardly think that me correcting you on certain things about disregarding fellow members because it doesn't agree with you, nor the correct way of moderating is hardly petty.
