During the time you fasted, how often did you have energy?
Were you ever exhausted while juice fasting?
Right now I Water Fast and find my energy level on most days is bed ridden. I need and want to fast but am unsure this is the best method for myself. I work forty hours a week in an office and need energy to keep up with my paperwork. Many days while Water Fasting I find it hard just to take a couple steps to the copy machine. Would juice fasting be different?
