--Testimonials--MS a thing of the Past Now--
I would be willing to bet that 99% of people do not do these protocols in
moderation. I thought I was, in the beginning but still over did and had to back
off on the baths some. With MS, you can't tolerate heat well. After many tries I
did start getting the amounts just right for "ME". As time went on I could add
more ingredients and up the temp of the water.
Same goes for the drink. At first it slightly tore up my bowels to drink the
drink. I started sipping it and later on I built up to bigger sips and now can
drink a drink anyway I want to. Same with the baths. I can add a bigger than
normal amount of diluted pickling lime without that dreaded tired feeling
afterwards.
This does work but people have to learn to be patient and let their bodies tell
them when the right time is to make changes. It takes practice and paying
attention.
I no longer fear heat. If I can spend a day walking and climbing the Ruins of
Pompeii in 95 degree heat, I pretty much consider my MS a thing of the past.
Don't you? :)
