Re: Magnesium Oxide instead of Epsom Salts?

Thank you again for your input Telman.

I found this interesting:

"The medical experiments that demonstrated the contraction of the gallbladder with Epsom Salts used a solution of 25 grams to 100 ml this equates 5 teaspoons in 4 fluid ounces."

I am wondering if similar experiments have been with magnesium oxide and they were negative, or we cant be sure MO will conract because those experiments have not been done with magnesuim oxide.

I continue with this subject because I have such difficulty drinking the ES but do not want to risk a flush failure.

Thanks again.
