Hi, I just saw your post, I'm sorry you have not received an answer yet, and I hope mine will not have arrived so late you will not see it.
No one can actually advice you on what to do with your own baby, however right here on this forum there are many pages that you can read through to see why others have decided not to vaccinate their children, or whether to revise the vaccination schedule. This forum, as it's name suggests, is Anti-vaccine. You can also read the Pro-vaccine forum and see if their line of reasoning resonates with you.
You ask about books. If you look at the top of the forum, right below the title, you will see that there is a link to recommended books. You can also search through Amazon.com for many more books on the subject, pro and con.
It is not easy to arrive at a decision like this without doing a lot of reading and soul searching. But ultimately, you will follow your own gut feeling as you inform yourself. After you make your decision, just rest in the fact that as a parent you are doing what you think is the very best for your child. There is no right or wrong answer. Some parents have vaccinated their children and they feel they are fine. Others have vaccinated some and had results that led them to not want to vaccinate their children again. I'm one of those, but I would never tell you to do the same based on my own experience. Read, read, read, and if your baby comes before you have done all your reading, hold off on the vaccines until you decide what to do. At any rate, waiting until the child's brain and immune system are more developed after birth is always a good idea.
If you do read this, it would be nice to hear from you again and have you share with us what you decided to do.
