Re: Magnesium Oxide instead of Epsom Salts?

Thank you Telman,

I appreciate your taking the time to reply to my query.

BTW I have read most of your blog, and all your flush reports. Thank you for taking the time to make all the info available to those of us who are just starting down the "flushing" track.

Now let's see if I understand you.

You are saying that the reason we would use MS is that it "causes the gallbladder to contract"? Yes, I see that would be desirable.

You also said "Magnesium sulphate purges the stomach, increases the wave like contraction in the bowel and performs a laxative action by drawing water into the bowel." I think MO also does that.

What do you think of the idea of having MS the first evening when we want to contract the gallbladder.................then have the MO next morning when the goal is to empty the bowel of the stones which have come from the contracted gall bladder?

Thank you Telman, I value your suggestions.
