Thank you Hveragerthi for replying to my question.

Burning of the intestinal lining, does not seem a good idea, however MO is sold as a laxative so why is that allowed if it is not safe?

Also is the Epsom Salts not used because of it's laxative effect?

Please understand I am not wanting to argue. I just want a safe alternative to ES.
