Great news, natalia, I am real happy for you.
You might not be the only one who doesn't really have candida on this forum, I might have had some candida myself, but it turned out that it was not the problem--allergies were.
I have the feeling that a number of posters here are following a bummer diet and harsh treatments for something they don't have.
Actually, I take very little fermented beet juice, and only once a month, and for 5 days only in a row--once opened, a bottle can't last more than 5 days.
It's just my body rebalancing itself naturally; it's only when I found out what caused my pÍrmanent allergies that things started to turn around and get better.
My body did all the work, not me, I stopped following the diet long time ago, I never used any treatment, therapy, sups or drugs--all of that increased my allergic sensivities and hindered my progress.
This progressive, spontaneous healing happened to me before when I got sick after a period of stress; only this time, I am in my 50s, and it's taken more time.
So take heart, alleged candida sufferers, :-D, chances are you'll all heal eventually, wether you like it or not, wether you spend your money on sups and drugs or not! :-D
I was sick as a dog, skinny as a rail--size 4 was too big for me, and I am 5'7"--and at some time, was in such a bad way that death seemed the only possible outcome, and frankly, it might been a relief.
I know it takes way too long to get better, and it's pure hell in the meantime, but just be patient: you'll get there eventually!
