hey vulcanel, is s-lipoic the same as alpha lipoic acid? cna you give me more info or a site explaining what its problems are?



ala is racemic mixture of two stereoisomers and body's proteins and enzymes are chiral due to presence of asymmetric carbon atoms; incorrect stereoisomer such as s-lipoic does not fit and accordingly provides additional burden to body as it is a non-naturally occurring impurity.

Cutler overlooking this was an important and unfortunate oversight.
