Though a nice benefit, I am not fasting for weight loss. I am fasting to cleanse my body, rejuvenate it. The 2 miles is broken up. The walk to the school (my oldest is in pre-k 4 days a week) is a half mile. Then, I can rest for a moment, then back down. The other mile is walked almost 3 hours later. Does this help?
I am glad about your toxemia free fasting. I think that we would all like to get there. I for one, am not fond of headaches, and leg cramps and feeling like my back is going to break. Can I ask what your diet is?
I'll also be excitedly awaiting your results from the IF fasting, in the meantime, I am going to do some more research on it myself........ any good sources you would recommend? I'm going to post an introductory note in a minute, so I'll end this one. I hope to hear from you soon. Blessed Be.
