Re: Question for Chris!!!!!

Hello Motherweary,
haven't seen you posting in the forum lately and I for one have missed you, so really good to hear from you.

Pulling a wagon with 60lbs of kids and a buggy for two miles every day whilst fasting?

This will negatively affect your fast by its energy expenditure, but it really depends on your reasons for fasting: this would be fine for weightloss, but it will not be a good idea perhaps for any other reason as you should try and conserve your energy whilst fasting for the maximum benefits in healing and cleansing. Energy spent in physical activity is therefore diverted from these tasks. You will still benefit, but to a lesser extent than if you were resting for most of the time.
It would be best if I knew your reasons for fasting.

IF or Intermittent fasting would be a better idea if you just cannot avoid the haul as you will gain many long term health benefits by doing so, but this will not be nearly as efficient of course or as effective or as quick as a long term fast.

I did a four day fast recently and had no symptoms of toxemia or elimination (which I would have been surprised about if I had) and felt rejuvenated and re-energised as a result.

I begin my IF this Monday for at least two weeks and where I have said I will post the outcome and experiences on the forum after this time.

So good to hear from you.

My Warmest Regards

Chrisb1.
