Thanks Chris ... I bought 3 tubs of Espsom salts yesterday and put 1/2 of one in my bath and it helped my legs but I wasn't sure if it was my imagination.
Basically my legs hurt even when I'm not fasting. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia which is a joke because the doctors use that to cover every pain and ache in the bones, ligaments and muscles. It's just something they say to make the patient happy that the have a "syndrome" or whatever.
Basically I don't eat properly, end of story. I was reading back through the history on this forum of comments you made a long time ago on magnesium and other minerals.
I agree with what you said about eating right for a few weeks but I am going to do it both ways. I am going to do a 2-day fast and when my legs starts to really hurt at 48 hours I will do the
Epsom Salt bath and maybe ingest a tiny bit of magnesium to see if it helps. Then I will stop the fast and eat REALLY WELL for a week which will include
juicing and eating nuts etc as well as taking chelated mineral supplements in the correct ratio's (but adding a bit more magnesium than recommended) and then try again.
Thanks for help ... ~Loosie~
