How do you make ACV from freshly pressed apples? I've seen the recipe using a cake of yeast from a wine store and making alcohol first, but isn't there a way to use a bottle of Braggs as a 'starter' and take it straight to vinegar? Is there any reason that wouldn't work as well?
Any input would be appreciated. It's apple picking time up here in the mountains and I'm getting 5-10 gallons of fresh pressed organic apple cider tomorrow and would LOVE to make some into vinegar.
