Yes I know what you are saying. I was just wondering if the body focused on burning all the body fat before doing the nitty gritty hard work. I was basically thinking that fat gets in the way of the fasting process when it would be better healing the body.

But saying that you need the fat to feed off of while your body heals. After all it needs the calories from somewhere to keep going! I just thought that if I only had 6 pounds to left to lose then my body would be much more efficient in healing as opposed to burning a whole 20 pounds of fat before it got down to the real work!
