Two co-workers and I had to share the same hotel room. (Boss's hubby came to that one - they got their own room!) Anyway, friend got bad headache so I sat at the head of the bed. I had her lie on her back with her head in my lap (My legs were extended so I also had room to 'traction' her a bit). I noticed that the movements he used in the video were pretty much the same that I did, but I was also "pulling" on her head a bit, and I used pressure back and forth from hand to hand, which prompted her head to go back and forth into that "no no no" movement. I had
her relax, so that
my fingers did
all the work.
She joked that I could do that all night long! In fact, she was very excited afterwards because her headache was GONE! It was a good day.
