eh :)..doing a 300 cal diet is not gonna cure anything in regards to bad habits.. ie getting obese up to 300 + lbs or whatever.
I'm so sick of people thinking that fasting or some diet is the be all end all to cure stuff and then just end up yo /yoing because they haven't gotten to the bottom of the real source : their mind.
Its just like those who think fasting is gonna help anorexia and bulimia. Obesity 9 times out of 10 is compulsive overeating which is another eating disorder
not to mention I have to firmly believe as a living proof and knowing tons of people of anorexics who did the whole restriction diet.. especially the '2468' as we used to call it. Its screws up your metabolism, you're better off just fasting continuously because the digestive system is shut down, once you start eating 300 cals a day then fasting and back and forth, you're body is like ooh well I better hold on to this since I don't know when I'm gonna get anymore anytime soon, and actually long term does the complete opposite. And then you still haven't gotten to the source of why you were this way and what made you said way.
An obese person can go on a normal restriction way of eating (isnt that what we all do to lose weight?) start walking, improving their outlook, seeing a therapist breaking habits, but no most people don't want to take the time to actually do something about. This is why the drug companies make so much money off of lazy people :P
Thats really all im saying, people can disagree ofcourse but thats just my .02. Too many people here using fasting as some quick diet and then after day 2 they fail and binge on a pizza and then keep going roller coaster city. I don't judge, I just see it here with the same people, I could not be here for 6 months and come back and bam! same people.
