21 days that is great, congrats! I have been eating fresh fruits and salads for a few days now, getting ready to start my fast and I just finished eating a nice fat juicy apple, it was fantastic.
I have learned that you should break a fast with fresh squeezed juice and high water content fruit. My apple sure was good, maybe you could eat something like that.
I'm sure you know more about fasting than I do since I haven't yet done one, I just would hate for you to mess up all the good you have done for your body over the last 21 days by bingeing. I'm sure a glass of fresh O.J. or an apple would taste really good to you after not eating for 21 days. I know that before I started eating the fresh fruit and salads I ate lots of junk and at first the fruit and salads didn't curb my cravings for food, but after a few days eating only fresh food I now look forward to it.
Good luck, just think about how great you'll feel breaking the fast correctly and how bad you will feel if you binge.
