I began with the Liver Cleansing and did a couple of them before doing the parasite cleanse. Then a couple more Liver Flushes and a couple of colon cleanses. In between, I zapped. All total, I believe I did 9 liver flushes. I have also taken the Co-Q-10 a couple of times. But, to answer your question, no I did not follow the order and you will find most people do not, although it is a good idea. Most people come to this website looking for a specific answer to what ails them and they usually jump right into that cleanse. I knew I had Gallstones and I wanted them out as soon as possible.
