Making herbs more tolerable?

I'm taking a course of humaworm at the moment but finding it very hard on my bowels (think lots of running to the toilet!)

Do you guys have any tips on making the herbs more tolerable? I am thinking my high protien, low carb, low fiber diet may have something to di with it? perhaps I should get myself to physillium, or just eat more veggies to diffuse its potent effects?

I imagine what is happening is that I am taking them with protein(meat, fish, eggs etc), the protein is absorbed in the small bowel quickly leaving only the aggressive herbs alone in my large bowel to irriate?

Thanks
Rob
