Thank you Mouseclick. When I first found Curezone and the Water Fasting forum in April of this year I had never heard anybody talk about fasting except in the Bible. I emailed Chris with some questions, it seemed to me he was the resident expert from reading the posts and he was gracious enough to reply with all the answers to my many questions. Since then I have been reading more and more on the subject and find it fascinating.

I can't answer any questions from experience because I have yet to start my first fast, but I have learned so much. I wanted to educate myself before I fasted, thought it might go better for me if I knew what to expect.

It looks to me that you have become an expert also Mouseclick, I've been following the forum from time to time and your story is amazing, you have accomplished so much through fasting.

I hope to start my fast Monday or Tuesday of this week, I'll post when I start I'm sure talking with people who are also fasting will be very helpful.
