My hand doesnt twitch

Bit of an odd question, I have been using the zapper for about over a week now, and the sensations I get are very intesnse throbing feeling, like some thing flicking realy hard on my wrist, but my hand and what not do not twitch or open and close like other users have reported, is some thing wrong with my unit? or is it just me?
