You're my kind :) I like them in soup, chicken liver noodle soup, with carrots, celery, noodles, cilantro, etc. made from stock according to Sally Fallon. Also like the hearts alot. My youngest one loves liver, he asks for it. I just slice onions up, cook them reeeel slow in some high quality butter, then lay the liver on top and let it cook reeeeel slow, then whip up some gravy and drown the mess with it. Good on sandwich buns with a little cheeze.
