Re: What foods form a protective layer over teeth?

That was from the author of Book I, they didn't have much of any kind of bathtub or running water back when the sitz bath guy had his clinic. The lemon water and epsoms salts while taking a hot bath is to cleanse the intestines/stomach of the waste and thus cure the cold/flue/pneumonia.

Some want to suggest citrus makes their teeth bad, I suggest all fruits make for healthier teeth and bones when consumed properly. By properly I mean you have a fruit diet and don't mix fruits with vegetables and grains and meat and dairy and eggs and hard toxic water, etc......................

I have no problem with someone wanting to drink citrus juice for 40 days or eat citrus fruits the rest of their lives, it does not harm teeth at all. BUT those with bad bones/bad teeth to begin with may see bad results, but what ever they see, the problem was there long before they drank citrus fruits.

Those with thin/brittle teeth most likely have thin/brittle bones as well.

Those who have black teeth, most likely have black bones. WHY? They grew up with acid diet and lack of minerals, much of what happened while they were in the womb of their mother. If mom is lacking, the child will have troubles through out life with teeth and bones, UNLESS they break the chains and return to NATURE.

Our teeth health is a sign of our internal health.
