Just answering your question about apple juice - it can dissolve calcified fragments of stones. Some of them are known to grow spikes, so juice will get rid of those and make stones smoother. For some people(like me) it might take many flushes before liver becomes stone-free. And as I posted some info before, stones can be moved by different activities. OK you case was Xtreme, but may be stone was thrown into duct and just doesn't fit there, or is stuck in the sphincter. So you can try to soften it first by thermal procedure and relax to reshape it, so you could survive a few days before next flush. I notice pain like this is likely to come a few days prior to full moon - X-day Wednesday next week. GB is usually pretty robust, I am pressing my abdomen with elbows during yoga practice almost every day (doing mayurasana) and never felt anything painful just because of that.
