I use the Bionaturae brand. I have tried other organic brands but I like the taste of the Bionaturae olive oil the best.
I use it on baked fish, lamb chops and sometimes buffalo when I can find it. I put it in my hummus, and home made corn bread
and home made spelt pizza crust. I will drizzle it on asparagus or sweet potatoes and bake it in the oven. Olive oil tastes
good on popcorn. I mix it with half and half with butter. Last year I mixed some olive oil with aloe vera gel to make a lotion
for dry skin. I put it in the fridge overnight. It worked pretty good. I am always trying new ideas for using olive oil in my diet.
Does anyone have any more suggestions?
