Thank you all for your great advice. I couln't have worked up the courage without your help.
I just finished my first liver flush. WOW. I woke up at 2AM and had a huge bowel movement with at least 200 gravel sized green stones and a dozen the size of a dime but round. For the first time in a decade I am experiencing releif from the pain in the center of my back. I can actually twist at the hips without pinching anything. It's marvelous. I've already called and woke everyone I know up, describing the stones. And making them write down this website.
What can i say I love you guys!
this won't be the last you hear of me.
