Thanks for the sound advice, Wombat and Grzbear. Makes sense, not one program fits all, and all programs must be customized to the individual, we all have different metabolisms, and so many other variables that can affect the dosage requirements.
Do you not take any added minerals to let the kidneys rest also?
I have such a desire to take those multi-mineral pills, magnesium,milk thistle, Bio E (selenium, E, lecithin) and C. And Sea Salt .
I LOOK ok, and FEEL ok, all but for the kidney ache. Easier to slow it down when experiencing fever, fatigue, emotional trauma etc.
Maybe there is an Iodine and Companion Nutrients Anonymous meeting I can attend somewhere, LOL
